no acct. in 36 months

What cdo I do now that I have ask for an acct. in writting . I've got copies of the letters both were sent to the exc of the estate asking for an acct of original estate assets and rel. doc reguarding the on going accounting of the trust acct. ie. bnk statements. It took 5wks for it to be signed for & p/u

3rd letter was a sincer request that she reconsider herr decision for refusing to produce requested doc. so that an equitable agreement and distr. could occur. I seek to settle the estate recieve what I am intitled to under the terms of the trust and and have done with it. What can I do myself b4 I have to retain a attny. As I said b4 A retainer is doable but I need to feed my family. HELP SOMEONE.

If you believe you have not received a proper accounting, you can either Petition the Court for an accounting, or, if you di receive one that you believe is fraudulent, then you can Petition the Court to have the Trustee removed. Either way, you are probably going to need to retain counsel at this point.
