Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

About an annuity I'm suppose to receive?

My dad passed away 15 yrs ago. Since then I was told that when I reached 62 I would receive an annuity. I'm now 60. My question is, How do I find out about this Annuity? And if this information is true? My mom is still alive, but she won't give out any information to either me or my brother.

Any help would be helpful

You can tell her that you will Petition for probate administration. You may run the risk of being disinherited if you contest the will or trust if the will or trust contains a no contest clause!!! What else do you know?
