Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

As a beneficiary, can I gain control of a trust set up for my benefit that is controlled by the bank?

A trust was set up for my benefit and the bank is in charge of it. I am also a part of a class action lawsuit with this bank for over charging private client services. Can and has a trust ever been turned over when It denies the beneficiary to create income and better ones situation in life.

It's certainly possible for you to petition the court to seek the replacement of the corporate trustee if it's overcharging trustee fees and not investing properly, but it would be almost certainly replaced by another corporate trustee. What you can do and the mechanism for the replacement of the trustee depends on the terms of the trust - and also note that it may be possible for you to convince the trustee to resign in favor of a replacement.
