You may be able to get what's called a Certification of Trust from a Financial Institution that has an account belonging to the Trust. That would at least identify you as the successor Trustee. That will at least give you authority to act on behalf of the Trust. It usually doesn't identify who remainder beneficiaries are. Without a copy of the Trust itself you may need to file a Petition for Instructions with the Court to determine who the trust should be distributed to. Good luck.
