Legal Question
To change a name after marriage...4 years later
Can we use ''newly married forms'' to change my wifes name? We
have been for four years, and we have just decided to have her
take my last name. Or do we have to go another route? Like just a
regular change of name form? My wife has a family trust and other
banking issues
