Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

hello

my dad passed away about a year ago . me and my dad owned a company and have a general contract stating if one dies the other gets all company assets . but for some reason my sisters are trying to tell me that they are going to probate my house . but the title of the house is in my wife name . i paid for this out with the money me and my father made doing construction like all people i worked and made a pay check . the house is not paid off but its me and my wives house . are they able to probate my house even though my father has nothing to do with my house . he not on the title he never lived here . or even really came by often ?
