My ex died and left things with the current girlfriend

My ex died and he left a lot of money,

but he had it under his name and the

girlfriend's name. I have two kids from

him, can I claim? if so what portion?

The question is it may depend on how he left. If he did so with a will, then the answer is possibly. If he died without a will, the answer is definitely, if he knew they were his children, and there is some evidence of that.
