Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my father passed away last year and left a living trust naming me as successor trustee as i am an only child, his estate was worth apprx 300K in property and cash. i was listed as beneficiary on his 200K bank account. I have not had the estate funded yet, but have had to use some of this cash for expenses that were both mine and the estates, will i be in any trouble for spending some of this cash that is rightfully mine now?

From this and your prior question, it sounds like you need the assistance of an attorney to help you properly administer your fathers estate and trust. You need to consult with an attorney who can review the relevant documents and give you specific legal advise. Many attorney will provide an initial consultation at little or no cost.
