Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My grandfather passed a couple of months to go. Years prior he made a will when he was still physically and mentally healthy. The last couple of years his health especially his mental health deteriorated and certain family members where caring for him. During this time they were able to change the will my grandfather did many years ago. My father, the only living son was named on the original will was removed by these family members and he was left with nothing. my grandfather showed my dad what his original will stated. It is hard to believe that when my grandfather's health was very poor, he would decide to leave his only living son or of his will. My father went and took care of his dad during these periods when these family members needed assistance. They slowly stated to take over my grandfather's finances. It's apparent these family members took the opportunity when my grandfather was not mentally cable to amend the will. I'm sure if you are able to assist us you will see the beneficiaries are these certain individuals. My grandfather lived in California, Paris. I'm trying to help my father get his father's last desire to leave him his portion as the living son. Please help! Thank you..... call me 7864691515 Suzette Hernandez... or email 19

You need an attorney, family members cannot change a will only the testator can. An attorney can help with undue influence issues. There alos can be challeneges to the estate but time is running out as estates have lots of time based issues
