Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my grandfather past away a few years ago and I was in his will to receive money but wouldnt receive until grandmother passes she is not well at all now doctors say anytime my other family members my mom mainly is now having my grandmother change things and even take me out of the will so her and my sisters get all thats left over after grandmother living on it for the past few years is this legal and does it mean anything that my grandfather left me something

A lawyer would have to review your grandfather's Will (and/or your grandparents' living trust which was in effect at the time of your grandfather's death) to know whether your grandmother can remove you as a beneficiary.
