If you know the names of an attorney that your grandparent worked with, they may have a Will, otherwise it can be difficult to locate a will. Even without a will, you may still need to file a Probate depending on how your grandparent held assets and you may be a legal heir to a portion of the Estate. You should consult with a local attorney to assist you in how to best proceed.
