Legal Question

when my great grandparents passed away they left all the kids inheritance. I was under 18 at the time so they made their daughter the custodian of it. I was suppose to get it when I turned 18 but I think she changed it to where I can only spend it on school but I'm not going to go to college, is there any way to get it? Oh, and she lives in NH and I live in CA
