what happen if the person move out of state and he did not have any pending felony when he move but one show up a month later. the probation officer is getting ready to transfer his case down here to Louisana. he is register as a sex offender down here in Lousiana and he have a Louisana ID card and did register in CA to he try to call his probation officer and verify the fact that he did register but he wouldn't return his call he didn't have no income.
