Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

A home was sold from my mothers who have passed estate. I have a lien against me. How can I get my share of the sell of the property without paying the lien

The short answer is that you probably cannot do so. If the executor knows of the lien he/she could find his/herself liable if they pay you instead of the lien creditor. They need to be very careful to avoid personal liability in situations like this.
