Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

what info should be provided

This is in response to Public Records dated 8/6/04. I am currently in Texas and have to place calls to attorney in California in order to find out what is going on in settling of aunt's will. Only info I have received is a notice of petiton to admin estate. How will I know about any bank accounts, sell of material estate or any other monies that my aunt had? Also do I complete the Request for special notice or should the attorney compete it? Attorney has said he has sold car, had estate sell and placed condo on market. We have received no info up to this point. Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: what info should be provided

YOU must complete the reequest for special notice if you want notice of everything. You must file it with the court and send it to the attorney.
