Inheritance

My sister and I Are receiving 50,000 from our fathers trust. His wife of 9 years, states in a post nuptial, that she is missing a life insurance policy for 250,000. This was to be paid out of community funds during their marriage. It was not. Can she try to sue us for our portion of inheritance?
