living trust vs. will

I would like to know the difference between a Living Trust and a Will, and how do you know which is better for you?

A living trust is almost always 'better', and minimizes probate (the relatively slow and costly court process by which estate are administered), but is more expensive to set up.

If there is anyone in your life that is really trustworthy, a living trust is best by a mile.
