Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Living Will

My uncle died 8-10 years ago leaving me and about 8 others as heirs. He left it in a living will to be divided when his wife (my aunt) passed on. I have since lost contact with my family and do not know if she is still alive(She was well into her 80's when he died). How can I find his attorney to find out more info on this? I live in Ohio they lived in California. I know it is a fair amount of money involved but do not know how to proceed. Thank you

Re: Living Will

I am sure you meant living trust. It would be the duty of the trustee to distribute to beneficiaries on your aunt's death. If the trustee could not find you, your share may have been sent to the state as unclaimed funds if your aunt died. You may want to do some searching on the internet for family members to contact.
