The attorney who drafted it should have a copy, so that you can resign a new original. Contact him/her. Worst case scenario, you can redo the whole thing, revoking all prior trusts (but makes sure you fund the new trust).

You can simply make another and say in it that it is an amendment to your prior trust.

A trust is a contract. The original is not necessary If the terms of the trust are in doubt, or its validity, or the accuracy of a copy, then the issue can be decided in a Declaratory Relief action and the copy can be proved up once the evidentiary requirements are met.
