If I am still married but legally separated--and my ex parents die--am I entitled to any of his inheritance being that he owes me over 100,000 dollars in back child support

Inheritance is completely separate property, so you would never have any community property interest in it. Like any other assets, however, you can certainly go in to court and get an order seizing it to pay the back support owed.

I agree with Mr. McCormick. Even if you were not separated, his inheritance would be considered his separate property. You can look to it to enforce child support, however.
