Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

misleading court

my dad died, no will, several million dollar estate. We just found out that his marraige was never filed with county recorder. Mock wedding if you will. However, step mother was ordered by court recently to have everything. What should I do? The court was mislead and wrongdoing has been done.

Re: misleading court

You can still speak with an attorney to see if there's still a case, but it should be done immediately--deadlines to appeal/reconsider the court's decision will pass soon, if they haven't already.
