Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
If my mother passes away and at one time had medi-cal for 6 months give or take and she has a home in another state can the state of CA take the home. She would only have 60% of the home and 4 children would have 10% each.

Medi-Cal can lien any assets that the Medi-Cal recipient owns at their death regardless of where located.
