non-probate transfer

Surviving spouse wants real property deed transferred to her name alone. No kids and deed was in Husbands name as his sole property

probate will be necessary to accomplish this (assuming there is no will which benefits anyone other than the surviving spouse). contact an attorney in the county in which the decedent resided.
