No one has a orginal copy of grandmothers trust my uncle the sesseccor trustee took everything that my grandmother owned and gave it to his wife 11 months after my grandmother died and she is his 4th wife

Your grandmother may have left everything to your uncle, in which case he can give it to whomever he wishes. The other living children (or grandchildren if a child is deceased) of our grandmother should have received a Trustee notice upon your grandmother's death and are entitled to request a copy of the terms of the trust as "heirs at law."
