Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My parents passed away in ca . There is a will. My aunt was the executor, then she bowed out. The probate attorney suggested my cousin Mike , another attorney, as replacement. Since my cousin has been appointed as executor, he took a year and a few months to collect about 200k in moms jewelry, from the house. Listed all of the stuff my folks had in the inventory and appraisal as being worth 5000.00 Has not prosocuted my brother ,whom has the same name as my dad(jr.) for cashing checks to the tune of about 211,000k out of dads total control account for moms death, Drained 2 B of A bank accounts (16,000). It has been 2 years and 3 mnths since dads death. My cousin,The executor, has continued, vacated, and as of yesterday blown off every court date for the "accounting review". What the hell do i do>?
