power of attorney

I have a client who is gay, and needs a power of attorney for his partner. What is required in California?

If this is your "client" and you are asking...are you certain you want to handle this?

The rights are the same; anyone can be named on a Power of Attorney. A free one is available on our site at www.No-Probate.com.
