Re. propbate court l.a.county

i had to terminate a flaky attorney not familiar with probate but mainly

wage claim in which i had towards a deceased probate estate in which was my father. calim is valid, has been filed in court, and the estate has monies to pay. im seeking proper and immediate representation on a contigency basis/commission due to the fact that im now flat broke after 2 years

deceased: jan 2010

claim was for: 2008 thru 2009 = $40,000

documents and time cards to include corporate nonprofit minutes on hand to verify and validate with owners signature

It seems you have a perfect case, so why does the administrator of the estate not pay you? You probably have not gotten any responses before this because all attorneys know there normally are weaknesses to cases but you present none. Why have you not been able to collect? Once I know that, I can consider whether would wan to handle the matter.
