Quick deed

Hello,

I have power of attorney over my mother. she owns her home. can I quick deed the property over to my name even though I have POA over my mom. thank you

It depends upon whether or not your mother granted you that power under power of attorney. You didn't explain why you want to take such an action; I would be very careful before doing this. Besides the appearance of self-dealing, you also potentially trigger several negative tax consequences. See an attorney for more details.
