Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have not recieved the annual accounting from my mothers trust - my brother is the trustee/executor and not speaking to me - it has been over a year since my mother passed away. I am looking for a sample letter to send to request this accounting.

Just send a letter in plain english saying that you are requesting a full accounting regarding the trust pursuant to the Probate Code and that failure to provide an accounting is a breach of his duty as trustee that could subject your brother to removal as trustee.
