Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Four siblings are beneficiaries to a trust left by their parents. All that is left is real property. One sibling who is joint executor of the trust, is living on the property for the purpose of fixing it up for sale. It has now been four years and he is preventing the property from being listed for sale. What can be done to get him off the property so it can be sold?
