Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Statute of limitations on filing a claim on a will

My father died 7 years ago, I was a minor at the time. I was prevented to see him, I was not even notified of his death. There were alot of suspicious things happening before his death involving his lawyer, him being moved from home to home, etc. anyways I am now an adult and I came across his will which shows me as being entitled to property and money that I never received. What do I do now? Can I do anything? I am in California, and it all happened in Califonia.

It may be one to three years from either after you have reached the age of majority or discovered fraud. It is likely that the property is being held in trust. Contact me directly.
