What are the taxes to be paid if the trustee is a non resident alien? and if a trustee is a resident what are taxes to be paid? Also after the distribution or after the distribution of share is there still taxes to be paid is the benefiaciaries are non resident alien?

these questions cannot be answered without more information. is the trust revocable or irrevocable? was the trustee paid trustee fees? did the trust have any income during any tax year? if a decedent's trust and the estate is subject to federal estate tax, what is the total value of the estate of the decedent? also in the case of a us trust with a foreign trustee, form 3520-a must be filed with the irs.
