Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I am trustee, power of attorney for my uncles estate. I am also on his checking account and have been his primary caretaker. I have taken some money out of his account to help him here and there and me for gas and other necessities that I needed. Was that legal for me? I read in the trust that I can be reimbursed for trustee duties with a monthly fee. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
