Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My uncle resigned as trustee, assigned me as the new trustee more than a year ago. He has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and now claims he does not trust me or his attorney. Can he revoke his resignation?

Probably all the more reason to keep you as trustee. He is no longer trustee and you have assumed the role. He would have to have you removed by an action under the Probate Code.

Not if he was mentally competent at that time. And if he is now not mentally competent, he can be removed as trustee.
