Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Will, Beneficiary, etc.

I was all named as beneficiaries of my grandmother's Will and my aunt is the executor. From what I understand, the will leaves everything to the surviving heir and since my mom and uncle are both deceased, it all went to my aunt. Its my understanding that anyone named as a beneficiary is entitled to some part of the property but I've yet to receive anything and I don't know how to go about getting it. If I'm not named explicitly in the Will, am I still entitled to anything? Any advise on how to proceed?

Re: Will, Beneficiary, etc.

More factual information is needed to properly advise or assist you here. The will itself, if valid, will dictate how the estate should or should have been distributed. If you have a copy of the will, or need legal assistance in obtaining it, you should retain legal representation in this very important matter ASAP, before its too late and your rights may be prejudiced.
