Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
do i have to go to the doctor every time i stay home just so i am paid workers compensation benefits?

The WC law does not require that, but the Workers' Comp. insurance carrier may feel that under the circumstances of your symptoms it is necessary before the are willing to pay any benefits. You would then have to have the WCAB resolve that issue.
