Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Trying to locate any court cases that i might be able to reference

Does anyone know of any court cases regarding workers comp covering a gastric bypass, bypass has been approved, however the dr seems to be a big issue. patient needs a highly skilled dr due to weight but insurance will only cover what is said to be''within workers compensation fee schedule''???whatever that is..
