Re: Percentage of disability

The value of your husband's claim is based upon work restrictions. Your husband's doctor will state what he is no longer able to do, called work restrictions in his permanent and stationary report. He needs to obtain representation immediately. The worker's compensation system is very adversial. The insurance companies will get away with anything they can. They will pay the minimum on a claim unless representation is obtained to protect an applicant's interests. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
