What if I have not received the benefits I think I am entitled to?

Can you please tell me what my recourse may be if I thinks that I have not received the benefits I think I am entitled to?

Making sure that you received at benefits

If you have not received the benefits you think you should have, ask for an explanation from your Workers' Compensation Insurance Company representative. Misunderstanding and errors sometimes do occur, but most can be cleared up by talking with your claims representative.

If your not satisfied with your claims representative's answers, you may call an Information and Assistance Officer at the nearest Office of Benefit Assistance and Enforcement for additional information about your rights. You are also entitled to consult an attorney.
