Removal from Medical Insurance

At what point can an employer remove an injured worker from the company medical insurance plan? Can they be dropped when they request voc rehab? Can they be dropped when they start a plan.

Your question does not provide enough information.

However, if your injuries are job related the company's

workman's comp should be paying the bills. I would talk

to an attorney immediately so that you aren't stuck

trying to figure out if you should pay to go to the

doctor or buy groceries. I would be happy to give you
