Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

slip in fall in front of the boss

frist of all I sliped and fell in wet floor in front of my boss..and I've seen their Doctors .. I injured my left knee the doctors keep giving me tylenol,motrin and they keep saying it's going to get better and to top it off they have not paid me my last week I was their..the doctors released me to light dutys can somebody give me some good advise....
