Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

I am currently fighting for my children. Their mother has temporary custody of them till court is over. I am paying child support but feel it is not right to be paying it because my children are with my parents 99% of the time. They even take my oldest to school and pick him up, if they dont then he wont go to school because their mother will not take them. My first question is, is it right to keep paying her and not my parents and if not how can i change this and fight this in court? My second question is that my oldest clearly displays signs of neglect, emotional neglect, and emotional abuse, their mother is also involved with the catholic childrens aid society and none of the abuse has been reported. How can a social not see abuse that is clearly displayed everyday and why is nothing being done about this. I have passed every test they have given me and done everything they have asked and am still being denied for custody even when my oldest(my youngest is not even a year) voices his opinion about wanting to be with me instead of his mother. What are my rights and how do I make the system open their eyes and not be bias?
