Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

hey i asked before the question : if i got married two weeks ago, and i found out that my husband is unfaithful to me. to divorce him do i need to wait a year or i can do that right away?. and u answered that in in British Columbia i may commence divorce proceedings immediately. but i live in Quebec. do you know if it the same thing here also?
