veteranarian - Patient confidentiallity

My problem is that i run a breeding kennel and one of my dogs, which was not on my premiese died form parvovirus. My Vet that i have delt with for years is telling other people that I have parvo at my premises which i do not. To date this has hurt my business is may ways including puppy sales, relationships with other breeders have been hurt. My major question is ''is there an oath of Vet-client confidentiallity? Please get back to me asap. Thank you!

This answer assumes that you and all other parties are located in British Columbia, as noted in the profile you accessed. Your question has nothing to do with medical (or any other type of) malpractice, but you may very well have an action in B.C. for a specific type of business defamation. Spreading false information about a business to the business' detriment is an actionable tort in B.C. Whether or not there is or is not an oath of veterinary confidentiality is immaterial.
