China divorce or annulment
I have been married 2 weeks to a resident Chinese lady. Marriage took place in Nanning China. I want to terminate the marriage now she refuses.

Is annulment an option? How long would you anticipate the divorce or annulment to take? How is the best method of finding an attorney in Nanning my searches find none? Does she have any right to my property or savings? Is it my best interest to initiate the divorce immediately? Finally, could written words on MSN Messenger be used against me.

Once you have resided in a Utah county for 3 months you are considered a resident for purposes of a divorce, which can be granted here.
