Legal Question in Workers Comp in China

Family member diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, but family has no history of genetic diseases. Was in a work environment for 6 years exposed to possible chemicals in the factories, coming home, he always complained of headaches. What to do if I want to see if there is a link between the new-found illness and his work in chemical factories? Who do I find? Is there a potential case at all?

consult a medical expert to see if there is a link.

If there is a link between the exposure and the illness,then certainly you can sue the factory for compensation.
