Re: police brutality

See a doctor and document your injuries, through photographs and the doctor's notes. Also, as soon as you can find a pen and paper, write down as much as you can remember about the incident, and about what was happening just before the assault, and what happened afterward. Don't leave out anything YOU did, even if you think it makes you look bad. You will not be showing this material to the police, but to your lawyer. Hiding anything from your lawyer will just go badly for you in court. A bad attitude or bad language from you is better disclosed by your attorney, and is no excuse for a police officer to harm you.

You might also call the ACLU. Those people just hate this kind of stuff (the brutality, not you).

Good luck.
