Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Colorado

10 years!!!

Problem: 10 years ago I accrued a dept and a judgment was reached and had it taken out of my paycheck, went on for a long time and then just stopped, so I figured it was all taken care of. Now 10 years later I have received a letter telling me I am in contempt and have to go to some hearing in the matter. 10 YEARS!!! In the letter they said I failed to send them info on my assets (which I have none) I remember getting this form but being a dumbass through it away. Do I need to find a lawyer and what kind do I need?

If someone is alleging you are in contempt, you need an attorney.
