Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Colorado

Ihave filed a motion to quash service in order to set aside a judgment against me. The judge has ordered me to set a hearing with the plaintiff to decide on my motion. Can't the plaintiff just get service on me at that hearing ?

They certainly can serve you then. So you face a serious conflict. Show up on the motion and possibly get served or don't show and lose the motion. The only way around this is by having an attorney show up instead of you at the hearing. Sorry and good luck.
