Have cdl with hazmat they offered me a deal but can have not firearmss ever. but what about my driving lisense this is my livelyhood

It appears the offer is a domestic violence charge. Your CDL should not be affected by a domestic violence case. If not having a firearm is a problem, then go to trial and make the government prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. There are plea options that do not end your right to a firearm.
